Electric Perssure Cooker Demonstration Results in Quicker, Healthier, Budget Friendly Meals at Home
Abstract
Research shows that cooking at home is becoming a lost art. As society changes, we must learn new ways to manage our households. Technology has rejuvenated the way we cook using pressure. Idahoans are learning how to use electric pressure cookers to prepare meals in their homes for their families. They are learning how to budget both time and money to cook faster and heathier meals. Participants of the Cooking Under Pressure program are utilizing the skills that were observed to cook a variety of foods in their homes. Electric pressure cookers are helping restore the art of the home cooked meal.
