Focusing on housing and residence life, this study explores how student affairs practitioners develop and implement curriculum within complex organizational environments. Using qualitative interviews and thematic analysis, the research reveals a shift away from rigid, process‑driven models toward more adaptive, outcome‑oriented approaches. The findings emphasize curriculum as an organizational and relational practice shaped by leadership, communication, and collaboration.
