About the NASIG Newsletter
The NASIG Newsletter (ISSN: 1542-3417) is an official publication of NASIG. It is published continuously and features news, announcements, and reports of interest to the NASIG membership.
Copyright and Masthead
The NASIG Newsletter is copyright by NASIG and NASIG encourages its widest use. In accordance with the U.S. Copyright Act's Fair Use provisions, readers may make a single copy of any of the work for reading, education, study, or research purposes. In addition, NASIG permits copying and circulation in any manner, provided that such circulation is done for free and the items are not re-sold in any way, whether for-profit or not-for-profit. Any reproduction for sale may only be done with the permission of the NASIG Board, with a request submitted to the current President of NASIG, under terms which will be set by the Board.

Ad Placement and Rates
Two types of advertisements are available:
- Home page advertisement. These ads appear in the image slider on the front page of the Newsletter for a full year.
- $3,500 for a year-long front-page advertisement.
- Interior PDF advertisements. These ads are perpetual and appear in an individual issue of the Newsletter, over one quarter page (1/2 column).
- $500 for a single issue ad
- $1,600 for a year-long identical interior ad (4 issues)
Tier 1 and Tier 2 Conference Sponsors receive one PDF advertisement in the Newsletter as part of their sponsorship. See NASIG Organizational Sponsorships for additional information about sponsoring NASIG.
Ads are placed according to the mechanical production requirements for each issue.
