  • How diverse OST participation patterns contribute to academic competence and character development.
  • A proposed theory of youth sparks within the 4-H Thriving Model, linking program quality, relationships, and engagement to positive youth outcomes.
  • The role of metacognition in shaping the 5Cs of positive youth development.
  • Comparisons of youth experiences in 4-H community clubs and camps, revealing differences in belonging and relationships.
