Abstract
This is the assignment sheet for the paper that follows from the archival research activity described in Activity 1. The paper asks students to discuss educational facilities as places for civic engagement and Shakespearean productions, and to draw on archival resources to explore how race and segregation affect Shakespearean production within those facilities. Students will have read and performed archival research on The Taming of the Shrew and will have watched 10 Things I Hate About You.
