Abstract
This study compares the traditional steel erection method and the Building Zone Industries (BZI) Innovative Method using project-based quantitative data and qualitative feedback from industry professionals. As construction projects continue to seek improvements in productivity, safety, and workforce efficiency, innovative erection methods have gained increasing attention. However, limited research has examined their performance using actual project data and practitioner experience. This study addresses that gap by evaluating the performance of the two methods under real construction conditions.
