Abstract
The opportunity to learn about and experience diverse cultures, languages and foods is a benefit of living in a border community, such as Brownsville, Texas, which borders Mexico. The youth author highlights his Brownsville experiences and shares how they enrich his personal growth and appreciation for diversity.
